Sessions range from 20 minutes to 1 hour, allowing you to choose the level of assistance that suits your needs. Pricing is based on session length, ensuring you only pay for the time required. To give you complete confidence, all remote support is backed by our no fix, no fee policy — if we’re unable to resolve the issue, you won’t be charged. In Person Support

Our in-person support service is ideal for hands-on assistance, whether you need a device repaired, new tech installed, troubleshooting carried out, or essential software such as antivirus set up. Each visit is tailored to your needs, with clear pricing based on the work required. We aim to keep every appointment simple, smooth, and stress-free. As always, our no fix, no fee policy applies — if we can’t resolve the issue, you won’t be charged.
